Terms of service

These terms govern use of GoToMarketingTeam.ai, a service provided by Data Digix.

The service

The service reads the marketing accounts you connect and produces analysis, drafts and reports. Figures marked measured come from your data. Figures marked estimated are the judgement of an AI model and should be checked before you act on them.

Your account

You are responsible for having the right to connect the accounts you connect, and for what you publish from the drafts the service produces.

Plans and billing

Plans are priced by the number of websites connected. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Data Digix is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of its output beyond the amount you paid for the service in the preceding three months.
